She then worked as a Business Development Manager with Network Q, an Advertising Agency. She also has Insurance experience having worked for ZB Life Insurance. She is currently working as a Human Resources Practitioner at Clean Me Clean Pvt Ltd. Clotilda is a holder of a BSC Honours Degree in Psychology (University of Zimbabwe), Diploma in Industrial Relations (IPMZ), Executive Certificate in Strategic HIV/AIDS Project Management (UNIVERSITY OF ZIMBABWE) and a Certificate in Home Based Care Counseling in the context of HIV and AIDS (CONNECT). She is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree.
