He is an astute Organizational and Design Specialist and a seasoned Balance Scorecard Professional Coach. He is currently the Human Resources Director at Schweppes Holdings Africa Limited. Dr Phil is the immediate past IPMZ President, Board Member of Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE) Council, DCH Africa Board of Human Capital Directors Board Member, Suryadatta Group of Institute (Republic of India), World HRD Council Member, ZPCS Board Member. He is also a recipient of several awards such as the 100 Most Influential Global HR Leaders, 501 Fabulous Global HR Leaders, Africa’s Most Talented HR Leader, Global HR Leader and Honorary Award for contribution towards establishment of Coaching Industry in Zimbabwe (ICMF) among others. Dr Chitagu is a holder of a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), Masters in Business Administration degree (MBA), Bachelor of Industrial and Labour Studies degree (BMGT ILS), Fellow IPMZ Diploma, MGSC Executive and Team Coach and Global Leadership Assessment (GLA 360) Coach.
